Horrible. Propose un prestataire de location de voitures qui est arnaque complète (refus de délivrer la voiture, montant de la réservation complètement perdu). Et aucune solution proposée par le service client. Plus jamais je ne passerai par cette plate-forme.

Eine halbe Stunde vor Abfahrt in den Urlaub wurde die Unterkunft aus "technischen Gründen" storniert. Zum Glück nochmal die Mails *** Familie war sehr enttäuscht, dass Alternaivangebot kam vier Stunden später und damit deutlich zu spät. Ergo: bei booking nur noch schauen und nicht mehr buchen. Dies war schon die zweite Unterkunft innerhalb von 6 Wochen, die aus nicht nachvollziehbaren Gründen storniert wurde.

トラブルがない時は良いですが、天候などの影響でトラブルと、音信不通です。。。結局、サービスとしては、そこら辺が問われるように思います。これまで、割と使ってましたが、他のサイトに今後、変えようと思います。
