We had booked a car by Check24 at Bordeaux at train station for holidays from *** to *** We arrived on time but in spite of our voucher FR145766070 the young crew told us that they had no information from Paris? and therefore no car. They did not help us in any other way. Just told us that at train station there were other car rentals. Now i try to get my money back 350,72€.
