Excellent communications before the installation date. Wayne, our engineer, was amazing. Kept us informed through the installation process, accommodated our requests for the hardware installation, and made the whole experience ‘First Class’. It really could not have been better. Well done Openreach and a big thank-you to Wayne.

Fixed the problem but its giving more problems again today.
