Your advisor was knowledgeable about the current uncertainty surrounding changing energy costs and the tariffs available to me. His advice enabled me to decide which tariff to change to at this time. He also arranged for my faulty smart meter t (gas reading problem) to be looked into and will contact me when it is fixed.
