I requested a prescription refill on June 21. On July 16 they sent me a form, an "agreement", that I had never seen before. By the time I sent it back in they said my prescription had expired. It is now August 26 and they say my prescription will be coming by September 14th. One agent told me I should request refills 3 months in advance. How disappointing. They said they do not have any sort of expedited shipping, even if we are willing to pay more.
