I visited Randox health clinic for a cardiac screening and felt the whole experience and appointment was handled extremely professionally, Laura who took my bloods explained the process in so much detail. I’m afraid of needles and she handled it so well and I didn’t feel a thing. I was made to feel comfortable throughout and have already recommended to friends
