I had to return them due to the prescription not being inputed correctly. I spoke with a representative who responded quickly and helped me with returning then. She also helped me with putting in my prescription correctly and didn't have to wait long for them! I loved the up to date tracking and notification of when my glasses were delivered. I put them on and I LOVE THEM and so does everyone else.
