I ordered from Starbucks today and received only 1 matcha latte from this order; I am missing 1 item. I spoke with Starbucks, and they told me that they packed 2 bags—one with the matcha latte and another with food. The driver asked for my confirmation number and then gave me only one bag. I’m very disappointed with this, especially as I use Deliveroo often.
